Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates will be presented at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Signature confirmation may be required for age verification and delivery, in compliance with applicable tobacco shipping laws.

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times are based on the selected shipping method and your location. Standard delivery typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and service level chosen.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by Zigar Cigars.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Due to federal, state, and local regulations, we may be unable to ship tobacco products to certain states, counties, or cities. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, your order will be canceled and refunded in full.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes where age verification cannot be completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bzugel@zigarcigars.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
