Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product Damage Caused by Zigar Cigars: If an item arrives with physical damage that is the result of mishandling or improper care by Zigar Cigars prior to shipment, you may be eligible for a return or replacement.

  • Shipping Damage: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping or carrier handling, we may consider a return or replacement on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the situation.

Refund Policy - the basics

Return Request Process

To request a return under the conditions listed above, you must:

  1. Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product.

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.

  3. Include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping package.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the details and respond within 3 business days with next steps. We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet the above criteria.

Return Authorization

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Zigar Cigars. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or replaced.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement of the same item, depending on availability.

  • If a replacement is not possible, you may receive a refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the approved return has been received and inspected.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement item shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

All cigars, tobacco products, and related items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return due to personal preference, taste, or change of mind.
